Fusion Flavour: Jalapeno-Cheese Samosa

Samosas are liked by everyone. Well, you must have tested potato-pea samosas very often, but today we have some special samosas for you. Yes, an easy way to make jalapeno-cheese samosa. Paneer (cottage cheese), onions, and jalapeno-chili samosas are also easy to make. If you want, you can make them and take them on the journey too.

Material:

200 g mashed paneer (cottage cheese)
Green coriander (chopped)
4 Jalapenos (chopped)
1 onion (sliced)
3/4 tsp black pepper powder
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons flour
12 Samosa Patti (Readymade)
Oil for frying

Method:

Mix a little water in the flour and make a thick batter and keep it aside.
For the stuffing, add cottage cheese, coriander, jalapeno, onion, pepper powder, and salt and mix well.
Fold 1 tablespoon stuffing on a samosa strip and fold it.
Paste the edges with the flour solution. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the samosas on a low flame till they turn golden.
Serve with green chutney.
