If you are in a mood to eat healthy snacks, then enjoy homemade snacks instead of ready-made snacks. Therefore, we are telling you the easy method of making healthy soya patis. You can bake this patis made with soya granules, boiled potatoes, and onions.

Material:

1 cup soya granules
1/4 - 1/4 cup bread powder and milk
1 tablespoon onion (chopped)
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1/4/4 tsp chaat masala and red chili powder
Salt to taste
A little oil
3 Potatoes (boiled and mashed)

Method: 

Soak the soya granules in lukewarm water for 30 minutes.
Put soya granules and milk in the mixer and grind coarsely.
In this paste, add all the remaining ingredients except bread powder and frying oil.
Make medium size Tikki from the mixer with the lubricated hands and wrap it well in a bread crust.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake until golden.
Serve hot with green chutney.
Note: You can also bake tikkis by applying oil in a nonstick pan.
